Thank you for answer. I decided to use session-timeout with Max-All-Session. Session-timeout kicks users when time expires, but then they can log in again. and max-all-session ant session-timeout "alliance" works great :)

Use a NAS that enforces Session-Timeout.

This isn't a problem on the RADIUS server.
