Document says that PDSN obtains the user attributes from RADIUS authentication reply and PDSN then determines whether the user is an MIP agent user through these attribute.

Are these attributes supported by freeradius ?

What does the documentation say?

And what kind of RADIUS support are you expecting for Mobile IP? From
what I recall, RADIUS isn't really involved.
