I have that :
Could not link driver rlm_sql_oracle: file not found
Make sure it (and all its dependent libraries!) are in the search path of your system's ld.
/etc/raddb/sql.conf[22]: Instantiation failed for module "sql"
/etc/raddb/sites-enabled/default[393]: Failed to load module "sql".
/etc/raddb/sites-enabled/default[360]: Errors parsing accounting section.

What if I just add the rlm_sql_oracle from someone with the same version ? or if I compiled just this module ?

I don't think they can either.  If they did, they would have to change
their licensing terms in a way that would allow anyone else to do the
same, or they would violate the FreeRADIUS license.
