Yes, please do so. It'd be nice to get some feedback from people using
the current branch_1_1.

In order to release the -pre0 as soon as possible, I've done some
quick changes to the files under debian/ directory so it can build
with dpkg-buildpackage. (although Paul does a better job than me for
this)
