Seems unlikely.  That crash looks like either a bug in libpam (unlikely)
or something in rlm_pam scribbling over pamh (also seems unlikely).

I'll try to reproduce the problem.  rlm_pam is a bit klunky but it's
straightforward so if the problem is indeed there it shouldn't be hard
to find.
