Pb concerning the re-sending interfaces in proxy radius configuration

  It's a networking issue, and probably has little to do with RADIUS.

  No, "re-sending" means that it didn't get a response to the first
packet, meaning it's *not* working.

  I think you're very confused about how RADIUS works, and what you're
trying to do.
