mod_preprocess Clinet-IP-Address

Hello!

I tried to compile CVS head today (14.03.2006.) and was a little bit
confused why adding Client-IP-Address attribute has gone from
rlm_preprocess.c?  Are there any objective reasons for this? As far as
I remember I haven't seen any discussion going on in developers' list
about removing Client-IP-Address attribute.
