  I would suggest reading the source to learn about the structure.
Use tools like "cscope".  Spend some time seeing how the existing
modules interact with the server.  That will give you most of the
information you need to develop your own modules.

  It would be best if you could ask about design or project
principles.  If you ask about structure, the answer will most likely
be "look in the source".
