How doed eap-sim module obtain the triplets?

Hi, all:
    I want to analyze the source code eap-sim part in FreeRADIUS. As
we know, the eap-sim needs server triplets. My questions are?

    (1) How the triplets were obtained?
    (2) The place that the triplets were obtained in the source code?
    (3) Can triplets obtained from exterior?
