If you post the code under the GPL license, then I would be happy to test it. 
As long as it works, we would love to have a sqlite driver. :-)

PS. If there is anyone else on the list who is considering writing a new 
FreeRADIUS db module, please consider using OpenDBX as it has the potential 
to let us throw the rest of the DB specific code away entirely.
