The module rlm_sql_freetds was in older versions of FreeRADIUS (0.8.x)
but was removed in 2003. I don't know whether Alan and the others want
to put it back in or not.

Before someone can use it, we have to know what is the license of the
new version of the module. Please state it clearly because the sources
doesn't contain any license information.
