   The original rlm_sql_freetds module was deleted because the FreeTDS 
developers indicated that the API was not stable, and should not be used.

   There are other, better, alternatives to getting the same result. 
Many people have connected FreeRADIUS to the Microsoft SQL server 
without using rlm_sql_freetds.
