  Yes.  If you run the server in debugging mode you will see this happen.

  Uh... FreeRADIUS isn't a database.  You should be able to configure
the database to do this.

  If not... asking "which file do I need to edit" pretty much means that
you don't have the experience to do the correct edits.  Sorry.  This
isn't a "how to program" forum, so guiding you in C programming can't be
done here.
