help with dialup_admin

thanks for you help.

i am use: centos 4.7

[root at localhost dialup_admin]# ls
AUTHORS  bin  Changelog  conf  FAQ  HELP_WANTED  htdocs  html  lib  README
sql  TODO
[root at localhost dialup_admin]# pwd
/usr/local/dialup_admin

and i am have just this .sql to make the tables

[root at localhost sql]# ls
badusers.sql  mtotacct.sql  totacct.sql  userinfo.sql
