Cisco WLC does not respect the Expiration of a user on Radius server.

  Take the access point, and throw it in the garbage.  Then, buy a real one.

  Cisco has been careful to ensure that low-end APs don't fully
implement the RADIUS specs.  But this isn't clear until after you
purchase it.
