LDAP + 802.1x + windows

On Windows, MS-CHAPv2 comes by default with PEAP. You don't have to
install SecureW2 for that to work. People regularly use SecureW2 for
EAP-TTLS - and it also offers MSCHAPv2 as an option, but you can live
with the built-in PEAP-MSCHAPv2 just fine.
