How to install freeradius2.1.12 ? Warnings are generated at ./configure time

But one question more: can you give some hints on how to install the needed
features?

Even more, if I run the freeradius (/usr/local/sbin/radiusd) as root, I get
this error:

/usr/local/sbin/radiusd: error while loading shared libraries:
libfreeradius-radius-2.2.0.so: cannot open shared object file: No such file
or directory
