Yes, I have read it. Just that in your response, I thought that you are
specifying a "fix value", not the "meaning" of what you called.

Anyway, I beg your pardon, but I think it would be beter to say: 
--with-rlm_sql_postgresql_lib_dir=`/path/to/postgres/libraries/dir`
