EAP-AKA patch not working on freeradius-1.1.4.Can any one give me the dictionary file to be used for EAP-AKA?

  That's 1.1.4, which is years old and no longer supported.  It's also
using a third-party patch, which wasn't integrated.

  My guess?  Don't set EAP-Type.  It might work.  But you'd be better
off using a supported server, and a supported EAP type.
