EAP-AKA patch not working on freeradius-1.1.4.Can any one give me the dictionary file to be used for EAP-AKA?

I have used the latest patch on 2.1.10.EAP-AKA patch is applied
successfully on freeradius 2.1.10.
As u may be aware,all the attributes and subtypes need to be defined
in dictionary but EAP-AKA does not have
separate dictionary definitions.Would be glad if any body can provide
the dictionary entries for EAP-AKA
