  Nope.  There was 1.1.7 (IIRC) compiled via cygwin.

  Sure.  It won't work.

  It's ~80% ported to Mingw.  It needs a Posix pthread library, and a
few other fixes.  But it's surprisingly close.

  I run it on my Mac(s) every day.  Sometimes on Linux.
