Need 2.2.2 [was: FR 2.2.1 issue]

I finally also found those on a 2.2.1 which runs a simple, proxy-mostly
config. I would rather have expected such things on our complex internal
instance, but well. Looks like:

Just wondering... did the fixes for 2.2.2 include a fix for such "Child is hung" requests?

I reverted the server to 2.2.0 and do not see these issues any more.
