well, really they should be using 3.1.x as thats just about to pop out 3.2.x,
the next stable release...and if enough people arent using it we'll have
nasty bugs/issues on 3.2.x release like we did for 2.2.x and 3.0.x  :(

and you should be using devtoolset-4  ;-)
