Are we going to see this? I see commits still going into v3.0.x and it's been about 6 months since 3.0.11 IIRC? FWIW we're running a specific git hash post-3.0.11. I would be more comfortable on a more widely-deployed release. OTOH if 3.0.x is end-of-line, I'll consider other possibilities.
