Hi FR Team,

On the building FR for Debian and Ubuntu page
(https://wiki.freeradius.org/building/Debian%20and%20Ubuntu) the links to
wget the zip packages are currently:

wget https://github.com/FreeRADIUS/freeradius-server/archive/v3.0.15.zip

This is incorrect.

The archive zip file names match the tag names in Github, so this should
read:

wget
https://github.com/FreeRADIUS/freeradius-server/archive/release_3_0_15.zip

I'm happy to open a ticket or even make the change myself if you point me in
the right direction.
