[Produccion Ciberica]

Sorry, but I do not see what I need, I guess I've thickened badly, because of my bad written English.

I am looking for information in php or html to create sentence in sql to insert users in mysql. ex.
INSERT INTO radcheck (id, username, attribute, op, value) VALUES
> (DEFAULT, 'xmonitor1', 'User-Password', ': =', 'xxxxxxx');

but I do not see that documentation where you indicate how and where to insert the data in the tables
