FreeRADIUS master zip from GitHub is getting a bit bloated lately

It now weighs 427 MB 😲 (as compared to less than 8 MB, not too long ago).

There are 417 MB of tarballs in the following directory:
https://github.com/FreeRADIUS/freeradius-server/tree/master/scripts/osx/deps

Is this intended ?
