Regarding backport fix of https://github.com/FreeRADIUS/freeradius-server/issues/3501 to 3.0.x branches.

Okay got it, But for me as I have local source file changes on top of
3.0.16 which deployed in the production, so it looks difficult to go for
3.2.x immediately.
