 radzap [-d raddb_directory] [-N nas_ip_address] [-P nas_port] [-u user] [-U 
user] server[:port] secret

radzap -d /usr/local/etc/raddb -N 63.215.26.177 -P S406 -u rod 1645 secret

Still brings me back to the help screen.
