rlm_sql_mysql on FreeBSD 5.4 - Segmentation fault at startup

Thank you nico for posting this. I did have a hard
time with the seg faults at FBsd5.4 but I did manage
to compile statically and got that to work (after
hundreds of config changes). This post will help
others who are suffering.
We are here to learn, not to fight an OS war.
