  The file describes exactly what to do when you see a segmentation
fault, and how to get the information the developers need to fix it.

  Knowing something goes wrong is nice, but it doesn't help.  We need
to know *what* is going wrong, and *where* it is going wrong, before
we can attempt to fix it.
