Freeradius Configure Help me

the /etc/freeradius/dictionary file points to a different set of dictionary
files found at /usr/share/freeradius/dictionary
if you copied the same dictionary file to this location the system loops
until you have too many files open.
The files for this location I found at:
~/freeradius-1.0.5/share from the source tar.
hope this helps
Scott
