radius login authentificator

hi
	I new at this mail list, and new at freeradius server. I have try to 
install a secure-wifi access and i want that freeradius check the mac 
address, and order a user/passwd loging in a mysql database. I don´t 
want to use server or user certs.
somebody can helpme please??
