Freeradius and What's Up Gold Continued

Without some thresholds* WUG is real painful so we have WUG up'n
running with the following values to check our freeradius servers:

- Poll Frequency: 1 (every 60 seconds)
- Poll Timeout :  5 (seconds)
- *Trigger:        4 (generate notifications after 4 subsequent
                     failures)
