EAP-TLS + LDAP

Hi,
I'm using RHEL AS release 3 , openldap-2.2.13-2 ,
FreeRADIUS Version 1.1.1.
When i'm authenticating the users locally its working
fine, but when i'm using EAP-TLS it gives the below
error.
