Throttling bandwidth via FreeRADIUS

Is there any way to throttle the amount of bandwidth a specific user gets via FreeRADIUS?  The setup we use is FreeRADIUS on Ubuntu, Chillispot on a DD-wrt.  I figured this would be a setting in a router along the way but I wanted to check and make sure there wasn't something I was missing.
