Xsupplicant is receiving this Error Message

[STATE] Backend State : RECEIVE -> TIMEOUT
[WARNING]  Timeout waiting for the authenticator to begin the EAP conversation.
 This usually happens when the RADIUS server is misconfigured, the authenticator
 can't talk to the RADIUS server, or the username provided is invalid.
