Fix your dictionaries. This attribute doesn't exist. Isn't it Chili, not 
Chilli?

> auth: user supplied User-Password matches local User-Password

> THE REJECT

> rad_check_password:  Found Auth-Type Local
> auth: type Local

Since you changed nothing in the server, I guess it's getting confused with 
this unknown attribute. It the problem persists after fixing that one, please 
get back to the list.
