Several passwords for a user

Hi,
  I use freeradius-1.1.0. Where is any problem an account has two or more 
entries in radcheck table???

I use :
   11:22:33:44:55:66     :=    ''
   11:22:33:44:55:66     :=    mypassword

I change the op := instead of ==. Is there any problem???
