URGENT: SSL error error:1408F119:SSL routines:SSL3_GET_RECORD:decryption failed or bad record mac

Hi all!!

We had correctly working freeradius, but it suddenly failed in the authenticate users. It began to work correctly after we restart the service. 

Can we avoid this problem?

I attach the error log.
