My apologies for that mistake..

I have  the following lines in modules  section
exec ntlm_auth {
                wait = no
                program = "/usr/bin/ntlm_auth  --request-nt-key
--domain=MYDOMAIN.COM
--username=%{mschap:User-Name} --password=%{User-Password}"

and I have ntlm_auth listed in authenticate section  while running radiusd -X
I get the following error.
