How to get FreeRadius 2.0 running?

  You've installed 2.0 on top of a previously working 1.1.x
installation.  it DOES NOT over-write existing configuration files, so
you get this message.

  See the top-level README.  It says that 2.0 should be installed in a
separate directory from 1.1.x, in order to avoid this exact problem.
