Freeradius 1.1.3 and Connectra

OK.  I have tried to get this to work but cannot figure out how to do

  PEAP uses the MS-CHAP module for authentication.  PAP requests do not.

  If you want to have PAP requests go to Active Directory, you have to
configure the server to do that.
