How to remove accounting files in the Windows port of FreeRadius?

Hello Alan,

Thanks for replying. I have basically stopped the process (actually it's 
a service), but no go. It's only when I @$T%@# uninstalled the app 
that's when I managed to delete the files. Strange isn't it?
