Can't start FreeRadius after 1st installation

Dear All,

I am very new to FreeRadius. Just today, I have installed FreeRadius
1.13 from FreeBSD 6.0 (i386) ports.

I am following this material from:

However when I try to start it using: radiusd -X, I get the following
