FYI CoovaChilli (http://coova.org/wiki/index.php/CoovaChilli) now supports 
Accounting ON/OFF packets in the SVN version. Thanks goes to David for his 
speedy patch.

If/When this patch will get into the chillispot upstream code is a matter for 
conjecture.
