Sounds like the supplicant or access point has issues.

Which doesn't include a final Access-Accept, or Access-Reject.
The supplicant is setting up the SSL tunnel, and then giving up at the
last minute, before the user is authenticated.

So what's different about the session that finally gets authenticated?
I don't know why this would be happening. I haven't seen it happen on
various MAC's I have access to.
