Compile errors

  It looks like the "configure" scripts are failing to find the existing
definitions of struct in6_addr, etc.  I don't know why, as I don't have
access to an OpenBSD system.

  It does work on Linux, Cygwin, NetBSD, MAC OSX, and Solaris that I've
managed to test.
