FreeRADIUS and SNMP questions

  I'm not sure.  FreeRADIUS tries to grab the IETF RADIUS SNMP OID
space.  If there are two servers, they may conflict with their OID
registration.

  Perhaps it would be useful to *also* export the IETF SNMP space under
a configurable hierarchy?
