Ethernet Authentication/ and accounting with Bytes

iam builing some network ethernet based services.

I have network like this

Users-----hub--------Switch------Freeradius--------------------internet

i want to have DHCP with Freeradius authentication

either web based or MAC based authentication

can some suggest me any solution
